My husband purchased a gift card for me for a Christmas gift, before he could even get home I received an email informing me of a gift card purchased for me. When my husband got home and I told him about the email he was upset, since it was supposed to be a surprise. The cashier did ask him if I had an account with Cozy Cottage so she could add the gift card to my account in case it was lost or stolen, he figured that would be great, at no time did the cashier tell him that I would receive an email about the gift card. Until Cozy Cottage changes the way they handle purchased gift cards we will no longer buy them at Cozy Cottage.
